Due to federal and state alcohol shipping regulations, we cannot accept returns on alcohol products except in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with your order number and photos of the issue.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are issued for:

  • Damaged or broken items
  • Incorrect products sent in error
  • Orders that cannot be legally shipped to your location

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Orders refused due to failed age verification at delivery
  • Orders returned because an adult signature was not available
  • Personal taste preferences after opening the bottle

Refund Process
